Maple Barn is a four-bedroom home in Rutland that showcases Kaybee Developments’ commitment to sustainable living. Kaybee Developments set out to create a sustainable and technically advanced new build that balanced traditional design with the latest in energy-efficient systems. As part of their Castle View development, Maple Barn was intended to set the standard for smart, low-energy living in the Rutland area.
