Baulogic provided a fully preconfigured solution, enabling unified control through elegant touch switches, a 10 inch touchscreen, app access and voice control. The result is an intuitive home that enhances day to day living without adding complexity to the build.
Blues Property required a reliable, integrated home control system at their Fitzwilliam Road development in Cambridge. The brief called for coordinated management of multiple lighting circuits, zoned underfloor heating and integrated security, while maintaining a streamlined installation process for the on site electrician.
The developer’s objective was to deliver a high specification property that offered seamless control of essential systems while keeping installation practical and efficient. The system needed to be supplied ready configured, reducing commissioning time and removing the need for specialist programmers.
Baulogic delivered a complete connected home system, supplied preconfiguredand ready for installation by a qualified electrician.
The system included:
· Dimmable and switched lighting throughout
· Underfloorheating control via dedicated UFH Box and additional heating controllers
· Doorintercom with video and card reader
· Internal and external motion sensors
· CCTV cameras with wall mounts and cloud adaptor
The finished result is a home where lighting, heating and security operateas one coordinated system. Control is available via wall switches, touchscreen,app or voice, providing a simple and consistent user experience that enhancescomfort while supporting Blues Property’s commitment to delivering highspecification, future ready homes.
