What makes a Baulogic smart home different?

It is not hard to see why builders and homebuyers have historically shied away from hardwired systems. Most integrated smart home technologies are considered expensive, complex and highly technical to install and use. They are not intuitive and are firmly targeted at the high-end luxury market.

And of course, there are now plentiful mass market consumer ‘smart’ products for homes which rely on reliable wifi and cloud computing via the internet. Despite being low-cost and easy to fit, the features are non-essential and limited. Essentially, a series of disconnected apps that don’t talk to one another. It is also impractical for developers as they do not install the internet as part of the build process, so wifi-based systems are less suitable. Not very smart and unlikely to stand any test of time in our opinion.

However, with Baulogic, there is a better way. Our co-founders have over 25 years in property development and estate management, and completely understand the challenges and pain points that developers face right now.
