Case study: Little Thetford

Baulogic worked with MAN Construction to provide smart home control in a new bespoke residence in Little Thetford, Ely. The property was prefinished with Baulogic smart home control, providing an enhanced living experience for homeowners.

The developer wanted to give the homeowner the ability to simply control the property from anywhere – either by voice, tapping on the app, from a touch screen or a smart switch.

Baulogic controls the lighting, heating, door intercom and security alert features in one unified system. The features work together for maximum energy efficiencies and effect. For example, the goodbye light switch by the front door turns off lights throughout, turns down the heating and puts motion sensors on standby for security, and sends trigger alerts to mobile phones.
