In 2023, Kaybee Developments approached Baulogic with their plans for Castle View, a development comprising three houses in Great Easton, Rutland.  

The first completed property is Maple Barn, a four-bedroom detached house that exemplifies classical modern architecture while incorporating advanced systems to ensure long term relevance and efficiency.

The Baulogic system arrived on-site housed in a stylish sealed panel, complete with recognised push-fit plugs for all connections, making it simple for Kaybee Developments’ electrician to install without the need for specialists – saving both time and money. The system’s unique backplate, installed during the first fix, reserves space in the plant room and serves as a target for wiring. Pre-configured ahead of delivery, the system was installed, tested, and handed over in just a few hours.
